What types of classes do you offer?

Our classes suit all levels. There’s something for everyone.


Do I need to bring anything?

Bring your own mat if you have one. We use pilates balls, blocks and bricks.


What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable, breathable clothes that allow full movement. Most prefer leggings or shorts with a fitted top. Dress in layers as you may warm up.
